- You are the most important person in our family, and we strive to send you the highest quality products. However, since every product is made by hand by our artisans, sometimes you may find a defective item. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with images of the defective item, within 3 business days of the product delivery. We will work with you towards a replacement.
- If the item is in perfect condition, but you would like to return or exchange it, please email email@example.com with your order details within 3 business days of the product delivery. Every request will be addressed on a case to case basis. All returns have to be unused, in original packing, with all tags intact. A flat fee of $10 will be deducted for administration cost. The customer will be responsible for return shipping and tracking.

- Products purchased on sale or with coupon codes cannot be returned or exchanged. They are FINAL SALE.
